　　1. Product features and uses

　　ZBN-VV22 copper core B flame retardant and fire-resistant power cable is used on transmission and distribution lines with AC rated voltage Uo/U of 0.6/1kV and below.

　　ZBN-VV22 copper core PVC insulated PVC sheathed power cable has good electrical performance and chemical stability, simple structure and easy to use.

　　2. Product standards

　　This product is produced in accordance with GB/T 12706.1-2008 standards.

　　Flame-retardant and refractory cables are produced in GB/T12706.1-2008 while performing GB/T19666-2005 and GA306-2007.

　　3. Product usage characteristics

　　1. The rated voltage Uo/U is 0.6/1KV;

　　2. The long-term allowable working temperature of the cable conductor is 70℃;

　　3. During short circuit (duration not exceeding 5S) the temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 160℃;

　　4. The cable laying temperature should not be lower than 0℃, and its bending radius is as follows:

　　Single core cable - 20D without armor, 15D with armor;

　　Multi-core cable - 12D without armor, 10D with armor;

　　Note (D is the cable outer diameter mm).

　　5. Precautions for installing power cables

　　When the cable and the thermal pipeline are installed in parallel, the distance should be 2m, and when the crossing is maintained at 0.5m.

　　The cables should be kept at a distance of 0.5m when installed parallel to other pipes or cross-installed.

　　When installing the cable direct buried installation, the direct buried depth of 1-35KV cable is not less than 0.7m.

　　When the cables 10KV and below are installed in parallel, the clear distance between each other shall not be less than 0.1m, and the distance between 10-35KV shall not be less than 0.25m; when the cables are installed in cross-mounted, the distance between them shall not be less than 0.5m.

The cable laying temperature shall not be lower than 0℃, bending radius: multi-core cable ≥15 (D+d), single-core cable ≥20 (D+d), (D is the cable outer diameter, d is the conductor outer diameter).
